The problem Navig8’s previous print setup was no longer meeting the needs of their growing business. Their previous service provider supplied them with an excess number of devices across their UK office, more than deemed necessary. There was also the issue of an inefficient print management system that was not working to the standard that the team at Navig8 required. The weaknesses of the print management system allowed for staff members to ‘print and forget’ which led to unnecessary wastage and in worse cases could result in confidential documents being left at the printer unattended.
