Upgrading their print infrastructure
ALM has worked with SOS Systems for numerous years with us supplying their printers and service support for their office. As ALM has grown substantially in recent years, their technology has evolved over time transitioning into the cloud. With this move in technology ALM moved their servers to the cloud and needed to bring their
printing infrastructure in line with this. To do this they needed to upgrade the printing devices and look at implementing uniFLOW online.
ALM had clear goals for this project:
• A secure printing function – With an open plan office, the need to ensure that confidential documents could not be left on printers was key.
• The ability to analyse printing on site – The ability to dive into the print volumes and usage.
• Follow me print – The convenience of being able to print to different devices on site.
