Here at SOS Systems, we are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 crisis and following current guidelines as issued by Public Health England and the UK Government.

Due to the ever-changing nature of the virus and Government guidelines we have various business contingencies in place to minimise the impact on both our business and the service we provide to our customers, no matter the level of alert issued by the Government. We remain committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers.

The health and wellbeing of staff and customers is our top priority. We have put in place various measures to ensure the safety of staff as well as our customers:

– Where possible, our staff will continue to work from home.

– We have supplied our technicians with appropriate PPE equipment.

– Where possible, we will use remote monitoring/ working software to fix any device issues and avoid face-face diagnosis and repairs on both hardware and software.
