SOS Systems, is delighted to announce the promotion of Andy Wells to Solutions Manager. This promotion is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment that Andy has shown to the company over the past 15 years.

Andy joined SOS Systems as part of an apprenticeship programme in June 2006, with the aim of becoming one of our service engineers. During his first two years, Andy shadowed senior engineers while attending college one day a week at Northbrook College in Worthing. After completing his apprenticeship, Andy continued to work his way through the service department, starting as a junior engineer and progressing to a senior engineer.

As the industry began to shift towards a more technical, solution-driven approach, Andy quickly adapted and evolved with it. His knowledge, passion, and customer service skills have made him a valuable asset to SOS Systems and its clients.

Andy’s promotion to Solutions Manager is well-deserved and highlights his dedication and commitment to SOS Systems. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts who design and implement bespoke print and document solutions for clients.

Speaking about his promotion, Andy said, “SOS have given me the opportunity and tools to grow personally and in my career. Being an apprentice seems like a long time ago now, but I would recommend this path to anyone.”
