Print and technology specialist SOS Systems has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to quality, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The business achieved the internationally recognised certificate following a rigorous audit conducted by the British Standards Institute (BSI) at company headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex.
The most recent edition of ISO 9001 was developed with input from international business leaders and technical experts and focuses on quality management systems and performance.
Managing Director Alun Evans says: “We are a team that strives for excellence across the board, and this certificate recognises that dedication and our commitment to continuous improvement.
“The audit is a demanding process, yet is something we feel demonstrates our focus on quality, service delivery and efficiency. Perhaps most importantly, it highlights our consistency in all of these areas, which is what ultimately allows us to enjoy long-term relationships with our customers.”
ISO 9001 is the world’s most popular and commonly used standard for quality management systems. SOS Systems had held the 9001:2008 credentials since 2009 and has been registered with the BSI for more than 25 years.
