Customer Survey
Generally, less than 5% of customers complain when they are unhappy or dissatisfied with the service they receive. SOS do not rely only on surveys to establish whether their customers are unhappy. We like to take a more proactive approach and provide customers with as many opportunities as possible to tell us honestly what they think about us.
Account Reviews
We believe that all customers are entitled to know if suppliers have delivered their promise. Regular sales contact allows us to exchange ideas, review our performance and outlook any future technological developments that might help you.

Shared Solutions
Our service technicians are just like any other professionals. They learn through both academic study and practical experience. However, we have developed a `shared solutions scheme` which means a technician does not always have to experience a problem and sort through it on their own before knowing how to put it right. The advantages for our customers are clear to see.
Service Parts
In helping to ensure maximum up time and first time fix, our technicians carry a carefully selected range of Canon parts. If we cannot fix things the first time out local and European networks can guarantee same day or next day delivery, depending upon the need.
